Groundbreaking juke/jungle imprint Astrophonica just dropped an EP by Tehbis and Touchy Subject titled Magnet For Your Mind. To celebrate they also put out “Mountains”, a freebie that joins forces with label boss Fracture. This one pimps out that half-tempo drum and bass speed that dominates both sides of the Atlantic at the moment. Pitched resonant tom fills compliment a sparse, arpeggiated melody while an uncomplicated wash of sub bass counters the chaotic rhythm section on top of it.
