This is the home of Zakim Recordings, a Boston-based label founded in 2013. Zakim has featured the work of John Barera, Doctor Jeep, Cirrus and Graphs, amongst others.
In addition to label-related affairs, ZakimRecordings.com is a blog designed to spread the word on great undiscovered music both in Boston/New England and beyond. Zakim is tailored towards underground dance music that is cutting-edge but not formulaic. We don’t place restrictions on genres or how large an artist’s following is.
