While most of my released mixes are ones recorded at home, I wanted to put out one recorded live to give promoters an accurate respresentation of my technical skills in a club setting. Since Rise Nightclub (RIP) had one of the best soundsystems in Boston at the time and was a space that always gave DJ’s the freedom to play whatever they wanted, I figured recording a set I played there would be the best move. On this night I played in the lounge late in the night, to a crowd that fluctuated in size (hence the changing energy levels as the mix progressed).
