This one by New York producer MRL is actually from a couple years ago. Luckily “Beyond” has got that timeless techno slang running through it so I easily could’ve fooled you. It’s very rhythm-focused, with shuffling hats and TR-909 rides stealing much of the show. And just enough room for scant, stereo-widened ambient pads to properly set the tone.
